Fishbones is one of our favorite food spots in Nemberala, but if it wasn’t for the crowds of people gathering here, you could easily drive past it thinking it’s not much more than a shed with some seating outside.
Chef Wayan Durpayadnya, is professionally trained and brings his vast experience from working at 5-star hotels and resorts such as ‘The Apurva Kempinski Bali‘ and ‘The Stones Hotel – Legian Bali, Autograph Collection‘.
It is out of this world what the team can produce from this small kitchen, and with his specials costing around 150,000 Rp it’s absolutely amazing value for money. The rest of the menu covers everything from pizzas and burgers to local favorites like mie-goreng and sate, with prices between 20,000 and 100,000 Rp.
Lidia and the front of house team are so welcoming and smiley, you will feel right at home.
